We offer three fixed rental time slots:

• 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
• 11:00 AM–7:00 PM
• 6:00 PM–12:00 AM

Venue 1: Foyer

Accommodates up to 30 guests.

• $450 per available time slot
• $900 for a full-day rental

Venue 2: Event Hall

Accommodates up to 120 guests.

• $750 per available time slot
• $1,400 for a full-day rental

We do not offer custom half-day rentals. Clients must select one of the three established time slots. Any rental that falls outside these time slots or extends beyond the selected period will be considered a full-day rental.

Yes. You may bring your own vendors as long as they hold the licenses required for the services they provide. When alcohol is being served, the bartender must have a valid bartender or alcohol-service license.

Yes. Venue tours are available Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays after 6:00 PM, subject to availability. Submit a tour request through our website, and our team will contact you to confirm an available date and time.

Start by submitting an inquiry with your preferred event date, venue, time slot, and event details. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The deposit is non-refundable, but the full amount will be applied toward your final rental balance.

No. Beni Event Room is a smoke-free and vape-free venue. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the event space.
