Our experienced lead planner will attend vendor meetings, and dress fittings, and assist with vendor selections, making sure that your wedding vision is perfectly executed. We'll even create a wedding theme and inspiration board to ensure your wedding is a reflection of your love story.

Planning sessions with our lead planner will assist with budget development, as well as provide vendor recommendations. We'll have a final planning session with you 30 days prior to the wedding, and attend the final venue walk-through so that every last detail is taken care of.

On the day of your wedding, our lead planner and event assistant will be on hand to coordinate the rehearsal, ceremony, and reception. We'll develop a detailed wedding timeline, and distribute it to all vendors two weeks before the wedding, ensuring that everything runs smoothly on your big day.

We'll even book a hotel group block for your guests if needed and gift you with a couple's massage gift card to help you relax and unwind before your wedding day.
